Celebrate Easter at Broadway at the Beach

Here comes Peter Cottontail, hopping down the bunny trail to Myrtle Beach.

Like many visitors and locals, our favorite floppy-eared rabbit is heading to Broadway at the Beach to celebrate Easter.

While in town, the big bunny's itinerary calls for him to chomp down on some delicious food and visit with boys and girls at two outstanding locations on Saturday, April 4.

Ripley's Aquarium will welcome kids of all ages to a morning of fun with the Easter Rabbit and Ripley's own mascot, Sharkee, on April 4. For $19.95, there's a scrumptious breakfast buffet (with your choice of two seatings at 8 a.m. or 9:30 a.m.). There will be giveaways during the event and an opportunity to have your picture taken with Mr. Bunny! Reservations are required, so call 843-916-0888 ext. 3272.

If your family just loves to be edu-tained, head over to the upside down house known as WonderWorks on Saturday. Beginning at 8 a.m., Professor Wonder is hosting an egg hunt for kids ages 1 to 12. Will you be lucky enough to find the Wonder Egg or win a prize? Don't miss the opportunity to get a discount on admission to this amusement park for the mind. The activities are free, but you're asked to register online.

Mr. Bunny's arrival is a sure sign of Spring, and we're celebrating all weekend with extended shopping hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on April 3, 4 and 5.

And, no celebration would be complete without a Fireworks Extravaganza. So join us at 9 p.m. on Saturday night and watch the sky light up!
