Dive In To A Family-Friendly Movie At Myrtle Waves This Summer

Posted in Attractions

Remember drive-in movies? The excitement of unpacking some lawn chairs from the car and watching films on a big screen under the stars?

Broadway at the Beach's Myrtle Waves Water Park is bringing back those good ole days this summer. On Wednesday nights through August 13, Myrtle Waves is hosting aquatic versions of the long-gone drive-in called "Dive In Movie Nights."

The movies are included with all paid admissions to the park. A special general admission price of $11.99 each (plus tax) is available for those who come at 4:00 p.m. or later. And be sure to grab some popcorn — it's only $1.

Enjoy park rides like the Turbo Twisters, Arooba Tooba, Riptide Rockets, Snake Mountain, and LayZee river. And, when nature's lights go down (dusk), the films begin. Despicable Me 2 (June 18), Monsters University (July 2) and Frozen (July 9) are among the many family-friendly favorites that are planned for Wednesdays this summer.

So dive into the fun and make some new family memories at South Carolina's largest water park!
