The Season Brings Something for Everyone with Car Shows, Awareness Walks, Halloween Fun and More

This fall, Broadway at the Beach has a great lineup of events featuring something for everyone including cars & trucks of all kinds, spooktacular costumes and community walks.
Plan to enjoy the following events at Broadway at the Beach:
F-Body Beach Bash Car Show: Sept. 29 and Sept. 30
This two-day, all GM car show will take place Friday, Sept. 29 and Saturday, Sept. 30, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day in parking lots 19 and 20, near Grissom Parkway. The F-Body Beach Bash Car Show features classes for F-Bodies, Corvettes and other GM makes. Judging and awards will be presented on Saturday. A portion of the proceeds from the show will be donated to MUSC Children’s Hospital Burned Children’s Fund.
Cruisin’ the Beach Car Show: Oct. 5 through Oct. 7
The Cruisin’ the Beach Car Show returns to Broadway at the Beach the first weekend in October. Events will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both Thursday, Oct. 5 and Friday, Oct. 6 and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7. This open car show takes place in parking lots 19 and 20, near Grissom Parkway. The show features door prizes, plenty of vendors and more. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Children’s Hospital of South Carolina.
Human Pink Ribbon Walk: Oct. 8
The first-ever Human Pink Ribbon Walk is scheduled for 8 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 8. The walk benefits the Jacqueline Rodgers Foundation with a mission to ensure No One Fights Alone and to bring awareness and support to women facing health challenges. Registration begins at 7 a.m. in front of Ripley’s Aquarium, followed by the walk around Broadway at the Beach.
13th Annual Mustang Stampede & All Ford Show: Oct. 14
The annual Mustang Stampede, hosted by the Coastal Carolina Mustang Club, is set for 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14 in parking lots 3 and 4 near Dave & Buster’s. The show features a display of Mustangs and Fords from all eras, with participants hoping to take home an award. In addition to checking out the awesome rides, spectators can also enjoy vendors and more.
Out of the Darkness Community Walk: Oct. 21
The Out of the Darkness Community Walk is a journey of remembrance, hope and support.
The Myrtle Beach community walk on Saturday, Oct. 21 helps raise awareness and funds for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Registration begins at 10 a.m. in The Hangout courtyard, followed by the opening program and walk at 11 a.m. More info and registration.
Monster Dash 5K: Oct. 28
Runners and walkers alike can come participate in the inaugural NS Promos Monster Dash 5K on Saturday, Oct. 28. The event features a 5K run/walk as well as a 1-mile fun run/walk. The 5K run/walk begins at 8 a.m. and the 1-mile fun run/walk will begin shortly after the start of the 5K. More info and registration.
Halloween Bash on The Avenue: Oct. 28
Broadway at the Beach is home to the biggest and best adult Halloween celebration in Myrtle Beach. The festivities will begin at 7 p.m. on Oct. 28 on The Avenue. Everyone can come to enjoy a live DJ, followed by a costume contest with prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. This event is the place to celebrate Halloween and see some of the best costumes around.
Trick or Treat at Broadway at the Beach: Oct. 31
A safe and fun way for children of all ages to spend Halloween is by Trick or Treating at Broadway at the Beach from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31. Trick or Treat will take place at participating stores and shops throughout Broadway.
In addition to all these great events, guests can also enjoy the many seasonal happenings, including free concerts, live music, Halloween-themed events and more at several Broadway at the Beach merchant locations.
