RIDEMAKERZ:

Associate Manager (Part Time, Age 16+) the Associate Manager works with the Assistant Manager and the Crew Chief to drive the success of the shops. They are responsible for assisting the Crew Chief in directing and leading a team of dynamic individuals to achieve company objectives by meeting Guest and Crew Member expectations while upholding the values and vision of the company. Retail Sales Associate (looking for 15+) Seasonal Age 16+, Crew Members will ensure each Guest (Customizer) receives a highly satisfied interactive experience. They will Collaborate with Customizers to elevate their Confidence through expressing Creativity and Choices in building their own Ride. Crew Members will partner with fellow teammates, as well as their Crew Chiefs, to build a sense of Community in the Shop and surrounding areas we serve. They will use the "Five C's of RZ" (Choice, Creativity, Confidence, Collaboration, Community) to assist in the Shop's success and contribute to the achievement of Shop specific and company driven sales and profitability goals.
